A Wupload Experience
Why people use filesharing sites? The answer is easy. Some people prefer to send files via links instead of sending via email. Some people want to share files to earn money. Some people want to download shared files.There're many filesharing websites. Today, I will share a memory about Wupload.com sharing site:
On 12 November 2011, I wanted to be a premium member of wupload. Therefore i will share the files forever, i will download faster, i will not have download limit. I trusted the company and ordered for 6 months premium membership. But some days later, they have changed a policy about affiliates. That policy affects all people that share files via wupload.com. Because most of people will not use wupload.com for filesharing. That's why I immediately asked wupload.com to refund my money.
I never think that they will refuse my request. Because only a few days later, i wanted a refund. They would just cancel my account. I did not share any file, i did not download so many files with premium account. But they didn't care what i want. They say "according to the terms, it is impossible."
And my experience about wupload.com: their service quality is not good, speed is not good although i am premium. Download managers (for example:IDM) does not work flawlessly** with wupload.com. IDM is working perfectly with fileserve, rapidshare and others.

Dear sir, i ordered wupload premium account. but later they have changed sharing policy, affliate policy. i don't want to use wupload and i used a few times only then they have changed the policy.
so please refund my money back!!!

Hi, The only change that was made recently was the closing of the affiliate program, which was announce on our website on November 18th. It has not advert effect on premium users.

dear sir, most of web sites stopped using wupload because of policy change. so i cannot use wupload to download files. i don't want to pay money to a service that i will not use.
please refund my money.

Hi, Please refer to our terms of service. Once again, the affiliate program has no affect on a user's premium status.
They swallow a sentence and repeat. Maybe they will change another policy while you are premium. According to the terms, they can do anything. You decide, do you want to be a premium member of Wupload ?
