What Is BeFaster ? BeFaster is an award-winning and multi-featured connection optimization tool. It not only optimizes your connection but also prevents connection drops and awakes suspended modems. Which OS Does It Support ? It supports Windows operating systems : Windows. How Much Speed Can We Gain With BeFaster ? It will be a lie to answer this question with a standard number. BeFaster makes your current connection more efficient. It does not make your 56k dial-up modem connection to 100k. If you have 56k connection, it provides you to use it with the best performance. Microsoft publishes Windows operating systems with default settings (the most compatible settings with all systems). But you cannot get the best performance with this default values. At that moment, you need BeFaster to change some settings of Windows. If you have a slow-speed connection, it is difficult to understand the change after BeFaster but it is still possible. If you have a fast connection, you will feel the difference after you use BeFaster. Therefore in all cases, BeFaster supports all connection types. What Are The Other Features Of BeFaster ? BeFaster has 3 powerful tools. Super-Ping tool : It prevents connection drops (disconnections). It uses a special ping technique and sends/receives data in determined time intervals to prevent connection drops. Ping Now function : It awakes your suspended modem up and makes your connection live. For example; think that you're surfing on the net and your browser is saying "loading page..." but when you look your modem, you see that there's not any activity on modem lights. At that time, just use Ping Now function to awake your modem and speed up your surfing... Records function : It saves/loads customized settings to/from files. Therefore you will be able to share your custom settings with your friends or you will be able to try different combinations of custom settings by yourself. BeFaster offers Standard Users tab for standard users. Advanced
users may use Advanced Users tab to optimize connection. How Can We Optimize Connection via BeFaster ? Standard users; select your connection type in Standard Users tab
and click Optimize Settings button. Then BeFaster will ask you to restart
Windows to complete optimization. Therefore your connection will be optimized.
If you select the correct connection type, you don't need to optimize your
connection each time you connect to internet. Advanced users can use Advanced
Users tab to optimize connection manually. English help with details can
